Water Damage- Brandon Home

Water damage at this Brandon home was the result of a pipe running in the wall developing a leak. The wall became saturated, and the hardwood flooring absorbed too much moisture to be saved. SERVPRO of Brandon / North Riverview would send a team of industry certified technicians to assess the damages and recommend a plan for restoration. The team would work closely with you and your insurance company to provide a satisfactory restoration. Our crew would need to cut away a portion of the damaged drywall to locate and repair the source of the water damage and to allow for sufficient drying of the wall cavity. The unsalvageable hardwood flooring would be removed and disposed of properly followed by the drying phase of the project. Industrial air movers and dehumidifiers would be set up to support the drying process.
